By purchasing a Personal Message, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Your Personal Message
A Personal Message is a personalised channelled video created specifically for you. You may ask one question and provide any relevant context you would like me to know.
I may use tarot and/or oracle cards during your message, alongside my own intuitive and channelled guidance. I allow each message to unfold naturally, so I cannot guarantee that particular topics, answers or information will come through.
Personal Messages are a minimum of 30 minutes, but there is no fixed maximum length.
Delivery
After purchasing, you will be asked to complete a private form with the information needed to create your message.
Your Personal Message will be delivered to the email address provided within 7–14 days of submitting your completed form, although it may arrive sooner.
The delivery timeframe begins when your completed form is received, rather than on the date of purchase.
Questions & Guidance
Your Personal Message may include guidance relating to the question or situation you have shared, as well as anything else that comes through while I am channeling.
My work primarily focuses on you, your energy, personal growth, healing and experience. Where your question involves another person, I may explore the situation where relevant, but the focus of the message will remain on you rather than attempting to provide definitive information about another person's private thoughts, feelings or actions.
There are multiple timelines and possibilities available at any given time, and our choices can change what unfolds. Any future-facing information shared during your message reflects what I am receiving at that time and should not be understood as a guaranteed prediction or outcome.
Loved Ones
If a loved one who has passed comes through naturally while I am channeling, I will share what I receive. However, I cannot guarantee that a particular loved one will come through.
What I Cannot Provide Guidance On
I will not provide:
- medical diagnoses or medical treatment advice;
- legal advice or predictions about legal proceedings;
- financial or investment advice;
- predictions concerning death; or
- guidance intended to replace qualified professional support.
If a submitted question falls outside the scope of a Personal Message, I may ask you to provide a different question
Your Choices
Personal Messages are intended to offer spiritual guidance, reflection and support. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and decisions following your message.
Nothing shared within a Personal Message guarantees a particular result or outcome.
Age & Entertainment Disclaimer
Personal Messages are available to individuals aged 18 and over. By purchasing a Personal Message, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Tarot, oracle and channelled guidance provided within a Personal Message are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may request to cancel your Personal Message for a refund before submitting your completed form.
Once your form has been submitted, your Personal Message is considered to have begun and cannot be cancelled or refunded. I reserve the right to decline a Personal Message if, after receiving your form, I don't feel that I am the right person to offer guidance on your question or situation, or if your request falls outside the scope of my work. In this case, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
As each Personal Message is created personally for you, refunds cannot be offered once your completed form has been submitted, including where the guidance received differs from what you hoped or expected to hear.
If for any reason I am unable to create your Personal Message, you will receive a full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
