Taurus Full Moon Ritual

Release. Restore. Come back to your senses.

An immersive Full Moon ritual created to help you release old energy, ground back into your body and reconnect with your senses, pleasure + the beauty of the present moment.

Your ritual includes a 33-page Taurus Full Moon workbook + guided meditation, giving you space to explore what may be coming to the surface, reflect before + after your meditation and integrate the energy into your everyday life.

During the meditation, you'll be guided beneath the Taurus Full Moon to cleanse your energy + ground deeply into the Earth before entering a sensory rainforest experience.

Here you'll connect with the trees, rain, scent, taste + colour around you before meeting the Medicine Woman, who will offer healing to the area of your body that needs it most, alongside a healing gift + message for you at this time.

You'll then be given space to rest, receive + restore before returning feeling lighter, grounded and more connected to your body + the world around you.

This ritual supports you with:

✓ releasing old + stagnant energy
✓ grounding back into your body
✓ reconnecting with your five senses
✓ creating space for grief + emotion to move
✓ reconnecting with pleasure, beauty + sensuality
✓ receiving healing + intuitive guidance
✓ slowing down + becoming more present
✓ restoring your energy
✓ falling back in love with the life that's already here

Come back to this meditation whenever you feel disconnected, emotionally heavy, caught in your head or simply need to slow everything down and return to your body <3

You don't have to wait for your life to change to fall in love with it. 🌿<33
