Description
A white light clearing and grounding meditation to bring you back into your own energy.
To clear what isn’t yours.
To quiet the noise.
To reconnect with your intuition and inner guidance.
We call in the angels including your guardian angel to support the clearing of your energy field and create a sense of calm, safety, and clarity.
This is the meditation I return to day and night.
The first thing I do in the morning before anything else and the last thing I do before I sleep.
Especially supportive if you’re sensitive, intuitive, or tend to absorb the energy of others.
Afterwards, you may feel called to journal allowing anything ready to clear to gently release.
Return whenever you want to feel calm, clear, and grounded within yourself.

Lauren, the Daily Cleanse is well worth the cost. I am able to sit outside with 10 toes in the grass.
Although I only used it once, so far, I know it will help me shut out the noise of the world even more so than not using it.
Thank you for reaching out and I will be using it daily from here on out.
I have to find my rhythm with it.( best time of day, etc)

I would just like to express how much I appreciate the cleanse and clear audio.I have incorporated it into my daily daybreak routine as well as a welcomed cleanse at the end of the day. Your voice is so soothing coupled with the fact that every word spoken I could feel in my body, which for me was a firm indication of the validity of your energy healing abilities, as well as a strong connection to spirit. Looking forward to more from you in the near future.Keep it up your doing great. Have a great everyday.😁
